REFUND POLICY

  • The User comprehends that upon commencing a Transaction the user is entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Vendor to purchase the products and /or services from the Vendor using the Payment Facility, and shall pay the Transaction Price through the Issuing Bank to the Vendor using their Payment Facility.
  • The Scope of work of Zoftsolutions ends once a user is introduced to the registered vendors offering products and services he /she needs. The User shall have the absolute discretion in choosing the Vendor for a particular product or service.
  • Zoftsolutions will not be liable for any refund or claim with respect to the transaction between the User and the Vendor. Any payment by the User for a product or service by a Vendor shall be directed to the accounts of the Vendor. The Vendor shall directly provide the refund in case of any default, delay or damage arise in the product or services rendered towards the User.
  • The User as buyer of the facility, may agree with the Vendor through electronic communication and electronic records and using the automated features as may be provided by Payment Facility on any extension / increase in the Dispatch and/or Delivery time and the Transaction shall stand amended to such extent. Any such extension / increase of Dispatch / Delivery time or subsequent novation / variation of the Transaction should be in compliance with Payment Facility Rules and Policies.
  • Any transaction price paid by User in case of any cancellation by Vendor upon intimating the reasons for such cancellation and getting prior confirmation from the User, shall be refunded to the User by the Vendor not later than 10 days from the date of cancellation of the order.
  • The User, shall electronically notify Payment Facility using the appropriate Zoftsolutions App features immediately upon Delivery or non-Delivery within the time period as provided in Policies. Non notification by the User of Delivery or non-Delivery within the time period specified in the Policies shall be construed as a deemed Delivery in respect of that Transaction.
  • The User, shall be entitled to claim a refund of the Transaction Price (as sole and exclusive remedy) in case the user does not receive the Delivery within the time period agreed in the Transaction or within the time period as provided in the terms and conditions agreed with the vendor whichever is earlier. In case the user do not raise a refund claim using App features within 48 hours , then this would make the User ineligible for a refund.
  • Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees along with any GST during the purchase after deducting the banking charges if any.
  • For electronics payments, refund shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
  • The User acknowledges that Zoftsolutions will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from use of products or services of the vendor or for not processing a Transaction/Transaction Price or any delay in processing a Transaction/Transaction Price which is beyond control of Zoftsolutions.
